AGMs of four listed banks scheduled this week

The annual general meetings (AGMs) of four listed banks—Bank Asia, Pubali Bank, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank—are scheduled to take place this week, according to stock exchange sources.
Bank Asia
Bank Asia will hold its AGM on 17 June at 11 am. In the meeting, shareholders' approval will be sought for a 10% cash dividend and a 10% stock dividend declared for the financial year ended 31 December 2024.
The bank reported earnings per share (EPS) of Tk2.14 for 2024, up from Tk1.79 in the previous year. As of 31 December 2024, the net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk27.28.
Pubali Bank
Pubali Bank's AGM is scheduled for 18 June at 11 am. The board has proposed a 12.5% cash and 12.5% stock dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2024, subject to shareholders' approval.
The bank reported an EPS of Tk6.74 for 2024, compared to the revalued Tk 6.01 in the previous year. Its NAVPS reached Tk46.08 as of 31 December 2024.
BRAC Bank
BRAC Bank will hold its AGM on 19 June at 11 am. The meeting will seek shareholders' approval for a 12.5% cash dividend and a 12.5% stock dividend for the year ended 31 December 2024.
The bank's EPS rose to Tk6.95 in 2024 from Tk4.30 in the previous year. Its NAVPS stood at Tk44.11 at the end of 2024.
Dutch-Bangla Bank
Dutch-Bangla Bank's AGM is also set for 19 June at 11 am. The board has proposed a 10% cash and 10% stock dividend for 2024, pending shareholders' approval.
The bank posted an EPS of Tk5.39 in 2024, down from the revalued Tk9.12 a year earlier. Its NAVPS as of 31 December 2024 was Tk58.72.
