In his long yet thoughtful deliberation, Dr Husain said Bangabandhu was optimistic, selfless, active and a motivated leader who dreamt of an independent Bangladesh immediately after the creation of Pakistan and planted his dream in millions of Bangladeshis.

"His speech on 7th March was the turning point when Bangabandhu from a visionary political leader turned himself into a charismatic leader of the nation," he added.
