US embassy Dhaka to start accepting student visa from Nov 15
The embassy will open for the new applicants under “F”,” J” and “M” visas with limited capacity
The US Embassy Dhaka has announced to start taking appointments for multiple visa applicants including the most awaited "F" or students visa from November 15.
The embassy will open for the new applicants under "F"," J" and "M" visas with limited capacity due to the novel Covid-19 situation, said a US embassy press release.
The embassy has advised applicants to apply well ahead than the proposed travel date as the process may take as long as six weeks for an applicant to get the call.
Applicants need to log in, update their profile online at www.ustraveldocs.com/bd, and schedule their appointment online after paying associated visa fees. The application fee (MRV) will remain valid and may be used to schedule an interview appointment there till December 31, 2021 until the embassy's regular visa services resume.
