As part of the programme, Md Mofizur Rahman Khan Chowdhury distributed Bangla QR kits among local entrepreneurs and encouraged merchants to adopt and promote digital payment channels.

Brac Bank said its role as the programme's lead bank reflected its commitment to supporting the development of a cashless economy.
The bank also said it continues to undertake digital transformation initiatives across the country to make banking services more accessible and efficient.
