NCC Bank’s 35th Annual General Meeting Held

National Credit and Commerce Bank Ltd held its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) meeting online on Monday.

The bank has approved 17% dividend (15% Cash + 2% Stock) for the year 2019, according to a press release.

Chairman of NCC Bank Md Nurun Newaz Salim presided over the meeting while Vice-Chairman Sohela Hossain, director Md. Abdul Awal, engineer Abdus Salam, Md Abul Bashar, director & chairman of the executive committee SM Abu Mohsin, director Tanzina Ali, director & chairman of the Risk Management Committee Khairul Alam Chaklader, director Md Moinuddin, Mohammed Sazzad Un Newaz, independent director & chairman of the Audit Committee Itrat Husain, FCMA, FCS, independent director & chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee Nurul Islam Chowdhury, FCA, managing director & CEO (CC) attended the meeting.

Chairman of the Bank Md Nurun Newaz Salim addressed the keynote of the Bank's business progress and said that "At present equity, total Assets, EPS of the shareholders are increasing gradually. NCC Bank continuously maintaining positive growth by assuring transparency and accountability as well as using advanced technology and better customer services which will continue in the future."

Khondoker Nayeemul Kabir and Company Secretary Md Monirul Alam along with a large number of Shareholders also joined the AGM. The Audited Financial Statements of the Bank for the year ended on December 31, 2019 along with the auditors' report thereon and director's report were placed before the Shareholders at the AGM and were duly approved by them.
