City Bank reports record profit Tk1,324cr, announces 30% dividend in 2025

City Bank PLC has reported a strong financial performance for the year ending 2025, posting a consolidated net profit of Tk1,324 crore, marking a 31% increase compared to Tk1,014 crore in the previous year.
Following a board meeting held on Thursday (9 April), the bank recommended a 30% dividend for its shareholders, comprising 15% in cash and 15% in stock.
To approve the dividend and audited financial statements, the bank has scheduled the annual general meeting date for 7 June and the record date for 3 May.
