Sheltech launches month-long property carnival 2025

Sheltech (Pvt) Limited has launched its month-long "Sheltech Property Carnival 2025", offering special prices, exclusive privileges, and complimentary kitchen cabinets for customers. Running from 1–31 December, the carnival will remain open daily from 10:00am to 6:00pm, including Fridays, giving visitors the chance to secure some of the best property deals of the year.

This year's carnival features more than 400 apartments, commercial spaces, and food courts across Dhaka's most sought-after neighbourhoods, including Gulshan, Banani, Dhanmondi, Baridhara DOHS, Bashundhara, New Eskaton, Uttara, and Jolshiri Abashon. Properties in Chattogram's prime areas, such as Khulshi and Panchlaish R/A, are also part of the showcase. Visitors can explore these offerings while enjoying winter pitha, traditional foods, and sweet treats, adding a festive seasonal touch.

The carnival was formally inaugurated on Monday, 1 December, 2025, by Naushad Choudhury, strategic planning, PR, and marketing adviser of Sheltech Group; Md Sharif Hossain Bhuiyan, executive director of Sheltech (Pvt) Limited; Shajahan, chief operating officer; Engr Hosneara Parvin, chief business officer; A K M Rafiul Islam, head of sales; and other senior officials.
