BCCCI holds extra ordinary general meeting
The Bangladesh China Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCCI) convened an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 29 November at the BSSF Convention Hall, Gulshan Shooting Club, Dhaka, where members unanimously approved several key agenda items to strengthen organisational governance.
The meeting endorsed the appointment of an auditor to review the Chamber's accounts for the financial years 2023, 2024, and 2025. It also finalised matters relating to the Annual General Meetings for 2024, 2025, and 2026.
Additionally, draft amendments to the Chamber's Articles of Association were presented to the general body and duly approved.

The resolutions reaffirm the Chamber's commitment to lawful governance, financial transparency, procedural compliance, and institutional strengthening.
