Este aesthetic hospital opens 7-star OT floor in gulshan
Este Aesthetic Hospital has expanded its surgical capacity with the launch of a fully dedicated operating theatre (OT) floor in response to the growing demand for advanced aesthetic surgery in Bangladesh.
The new floor, located at the hospital's Gulshan facility, features a modern seven-star standard operating theatre equipped with world-class technology to enhance surgical safety, precision, and patient comfort.
The OT floor was inaugurated on 21 November by internationally renowned dermatologist and pioneering skin surgeon, Dr Kabir Chowdhury, alongside Este Medical Group Managing Director, Mohammad Faisal.
Speaking at the event, Mohammad Faisal, Managing Director of Este Medical Bangladesh, said many patients in the country still travel abroad or visit multiple clinics in search of the right treatment. "Este Aesthetic Hospital aims to be a trusted, comprehensive destination where Asia's leading aesthetic surgeons and dermatologists serve patients. We have state-of-the-art operating theatres, FDA-approved technologies, advanced devices, and full post-treatment support," he said.
According to the release, Este Medical Bangladesh Limited—formed through a partnership between Este Medical Group and Alif Group—marks a significant step in providing global-standard aesthetic care in the country. Since its launch in 2021, the Bangladesh branch has offered a variety of cosmetic and aesthetic treatments under the supervision of UK-trained dermatologists and experienced medical professionals.
The statement added that Este Aesthetic Hospital offers services across aesthetic dermatology, aesthetic surgery, ophthalmology, sexology, and hair transplantation. Founded in 1994, Este Medical Group has grown into one of the world's leading aesthetic brands. Under founder Sam Kinkir's leadership, the organisation expanded rapidly after opening its first UK branch in 2015, and now operates eighteen branches worldwide across the UK, Istanbul, Albania, Kenya, the USA, Romania, Milan, Dubai, and Bangladesh. The group is planning further expansion, with over thirty new cities and its own surgical hospitals under development.
