NCC Bank board meets to discuss strategic priorities
The 548th meeting of the Board of Directors of NCC Bank PLC was held recently at the bank's head office in Dhaka.
Alhaj Md Nurun Newaz, Chairman of NCC Bank, presided over the meeting. Vice-Chairman Abdus Salam, Director and Past Chairman Amjadul Ferdous Chowdhury, Director and Past Vice-Chairman Tanzina Ali, Director Syed Asif Nizamuddin, Past Vice-Chairman and Chairman of the Executive Committee Khairul Alam Chaklader, and Directors Mohammed Sazzad Un Newaz, Shamima Newaz, Morshedul Alam Chaklader, and Nahid Banu were present.
Independent Director Meer Sajed-Ul-Basher, FCA, and Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee Md Amirul Islam, FCS, FCA, also attended the meeting.

From the management side, Managing Director M Shamsul Arefin, Additional Managing Director M Khurshed Alam, Deputy Managing Directors Md Zakir Anam, Mohammed Mizanur Rahman, Md Monirul Alam (Company Secretary), Md Habibur Rahman, and Md Nazrul Islam Chowdhury, FCS (Board Division), were also in attendance.
