Palli Sanchay Bank reviews Rangpur division performance

Palli Sanchay Bank held a business conference in Rangpur on Saturday (20 September) to review branch performance, finalise the business action plan, and recognise field-level staff.

Director Nure Alam Talukder served as the chief guest, with General Manager Md. Ala Uddin as a special guest and Board Secretary Muhammad Ali as an invited guest. Monitoring Officer Kazi Imrul Kayes, along with district, regional, and branch managers from the Rangpur division and award recipients, also attended.

Director Nure Alam Talukder offered remarks that included a review of the division's overall performance, an examination of operational data, and solicited feedback from participants. He provided directives for future growth. General Manager Md Ala Uddin contributed additional guidance during the review session.

Officials expect these direct interactive sessions between the board and field-level personnel to provide staff with opportunities for open dialogue and feedback, strengthening motivation and collaborative efforts.

These sessions are intended to drive measurable improvements in operational performance, supporting the achievement of the bank's strategic targets.
