Trump is also pressuring allies to impose tariffs on China and India
The United States has imposed additional tariffs on China and India for buying oil from Russia. This time the United States has called for tariffs on its allies as well. The issue was discussed at a virtual meeting of finance ministers of the G-7 countries on September 12, Reuters reported. The meeting also discussed new sanctions on Russia and possible tariffs on countries that are "helping" it continue the war in Ukraine.
