The latest Labour Force Survey (LFS) 2024 reveals that salaried employees in Bangladesh earn an average monthly income of Tk15,554 across different industries. However, men earn more on average, taking home Tk16,106, while women earn Tk12,681.

Note: Occupations are classified according to the Bangladesh Standard Classification of Occupations (BSCO-2020).
