Al-Arafah Islami Bank holds 430th board meeting
Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC convened its 430th Board Meeting on 7 July 2025. The meeting was chaired by Khwaja Shahriar, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
During the session, the Board conducted a detailed review of the bank's overall business performance and adopted several important policy decisions aimed at ensuring sustained growth and operational efficiency.
Among those present at the meeting were Directors Md. Shahin Ul Islam, Md. Abdul Wadud, Dr. Mohammed Abu Eusuf, and Mohammad Asraful Hassan FCA. Managing Director (Current Charge) Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan, Acting Company Secretary Mohammad Moniruzzaman FCA, and senior officials of the bank also attended the meeting.
