Al-Arafah Islami Bank holds 440th board meeting
The 440th board meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held on 30 September at the bank's head office. Khwaja Shahriar, Chairman of the Board of Directors, presided over the meeting.
The board reviewed the overall business performance of the bank and took several policy decisions.
Also present at the meeting were directors Md Shahin Ul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Dr Mohammed Abu Eusuf, Mohammad Asraful Hassan FCA; Managing Director (current charge) Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan; Company Secretary (acting) Mohammad Moniruzzaman FCA; and senior executives of the bank.
