Mr Imran Ahmed, Managing Director (Current Charge) of National Bank PLC, attended the event as the chief guest. In his remarks, he noted:

"National Bank has recently received an overwhelming response from the public during its third subordinated bond offering, which marks a major milestone for us. Despite ongoing concerns and speculation surrounding the banking sector, this success reaffirms the public's trust and confidence in our institution. Building on that trust, we are proud to launch the 'Uttoron' campaign, which seeks to enhance customer services, accelerate financial inclusion, and contribute to a more stable and accessible banking ecosystem."

Mr Kazi Kamal Uddin Ahmed, Mr Md Abdur Rahim, and Mr Md Meshkat-ul-Anwar Khan, all serving as Deputy Managing Directors (In-Charge), attended the event, as did Mr Milton Roy, SVP and Head of Retail Banking and Foreign Remittance Division. Senior divisional heads from across the bank were also present.

In addition, branch and sub-branch managers as well as regional heads from across Bangladesh joined the event virtually, highlighting the campaign's nationwide relevance.
