Reflective teens trust celebrates 12 years

Reflective Teens Trust has appointed Rakin Absar as its Goodwill Ambassador for the upcoming year, marking a milestone in the organisation's 12-year journey of transforming education and empowering youth in underserved communities.

Known for his advocacy in youth development and creative social impact, Rakin Absar brings a dynamic presence and a shared vision to the organisation at a pivotal moment. Reflective Teens is currently expanding its reach across Bangladesh to promote inclusive, student-led education.

As part of the partnership, Reflective Teens and Absar will focus on three key initiatives:

• Mobilising a nationwide youth volunteer network
• Establishing new Education Labs (Ed. Labs) in under-resourced areas
• Launching a School Renovation Fund to upgrade learning environments in marginalised communities

Founded as a youth-led initiative, Reflective Teens has evolved into a nationally recognised platform promoting creative education, critical thinking, and student innovation. Over the past 12 years, it has engaged thousands of young learners through its workshops and educational initiatives, including labs and grassroots projects.

With Absar on board, the organisation aims to accelerate its impact, reaching more students and deepening its educational footprint across Bangladesh. The appointment reflects a growing movement that places young people at the centre of positive social change.
