460,706 candidates pass National University 2024-2025 Honours admission test

Professor Dr. A S M Amanullah, Honourable Vice-Chancellor of National University, announced the results of the 2024-2025 academic year first-year Bachelor's (Honours) admission test on 26 June 2025.
This year marked the return of the first-year Bachelor's (Honours) admission test after nearly a decade, held on 31 May 2025 across nearly 300 centres nationwide.
Out of 560,595 candidates who appeared, 460,706 students passed, with the pass mark set at 35%. Among the successful candidates, 33.28% scored above 50%, while 66.72% scored below 50%.
A total of 265,364 candidates secured places on the first merit list. These candidates are instructed to download their admission forms starting 28 June 2025 and to contact their respective colleges to complete the admission process.
Pro Vice-Chancellors Professor Md. Lutfor Rahman and Professor Dr. Md. Nurul Islam, Treasurer Professor Dr. A T M Jaforul Azam, deans of faculties, the registrar, controller of examinations, and officials from various university departments were present at the press conference.
