Sheltech Enclave Tower: A Redevelopment Milestone in Malibagh

Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd., one of the most trusted names in Bangladesh's real estate industry, has officially introduced Sheltech Enclave Tower — a 20-storey mixed-use complex in Malibagh that stands as a modern reimagination of the site where the company first began its journey in 1988.

Rising from the foundations of the original four-storey 'Sheltech Enclave', the new development reflects how strategic redevelopment can meet the capital's growing demand for smarter, greener, and more inclusive urban housing and commercial space.

Spanning 32.61 katha of land, the project comprises 131 residential units and 24 commercial spaces. Apartments range in size from 971 to 1,338 square feet, featuring 2 to 3 bedrooms, generous balconies, and special washroom facilities for persons with disabilities—setting a new standard for inclusivity in private housing.

The commercial section spans 2,839–3,783 square feet per unit and includes two floors designated for food courts and a children's play zone. Eight dedicated parking spaces and modern lifts ensure convenience for both business occupants and visitors.

Sheltech Enclave Tower has been constructed in full compliance with RAJUK and BNBC standards. Key sustainability features include rooftop solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, and an energy-efficient design optimised for natural light and airflow. Notably, 26% of the total land has been preserved as green space.

The building also includes a decorative fountain at the entrance, a well-appointed community space, a prayer room with ablution facilities, designated driver waiting zones, car washing areas, and comprehensive fire safety systems. A whole backup generator and round-the-clock security surveillance ensure uninterrupted safety and comfort.

Located near the Moghbazar-Mouchak flyover, the development offers quick access to major business hubs, such as Motijheel and Banani, making it a desirable choice for both homeowners and commercial investors.

"Sheltech Enclave Tower represents a successful example of sustainable redevelopment," said the company in a statement. "It reflects how urban land can be transformed to meet modern needs without sacrificing community, safety, or environmental responsibility."

With this project, Sheltech reaffirms its commitment to building a greener, more brilliant Dhaka—where tradition and innovation can coexist in harmony.
