Marriott Business Council Bangladesh and BBDN Sign MoU
The Bangladesh Business and Disability Network (BBDN) and the Marriott Business Council Bangladesh have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on creating an inclusive work environment for persons with disabilities.
The signing ceremony was held at the BEF Office, Police Plaza Concord, Tower 2, Gulshan-1, Dhaka, on June 3, 2025, and was attended by BBDN and members of the Marriott Business Council Bangladesh.
This strategic partnership reflects a shared commitment to advancing inclusive hiring practices, enhancing workplace accessibility, and fostering a culture of equality within the hospitality sector and beyond.

The initiative will focus on inclusive recruitment, employee training, reasonable accommodation, and sensitization campaigns within Marriott hotels in Bangladesh. It highlights the role of the private sector in building a more inclusive economy.
