A special operation conducted by the Bangladesh Army on Tuesday (27 May) afternoon led to the arrest of notorious criminal Farid Ahmed Babu, alias "Excel Babu" (56), along with three others in the Buriganga Filling Station area of Mohammadpur.

The operation, launched at around 3:30pm, was based on precise intelligence, said the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
