Partho shines globally: One of only five to finish 100km race
Bangladeshi ultramarathon runner Partho Saha has earned international acclaim by becoming one of only five participants to complete the gruelling 100km category of the Manjushree Trail Race (MTR) 2025 in Nepal.
Renowned for its demanding elevation gains and unforgiving terrain, the Manjushree Trail Race is a benchmark of endurance and resilience. The 100km segment, in particular, is known to challenge even the world's most experienced ultrarunners.
In this year's event, only five participants from across the globe managed to complete the full 100km course—Partha Chakraborty among them, marking a proud moment for Bangladesh on the international trail-running stage.
