Hamdard extends humanitarian support to Palestine

Hamdard Laboratories (Waqf) Bangladesh has extended financial support to the oppressed people of Palestine, reaffirming its longstanding commitment to humanitarian causes.

On Tuesday morning, 6 May 2025, Dr Hakim Md Yusuf Harun Bhuiyan, managing director and chief motawalli of Hamdard Laboratories (Waqf) Bangladesh, visited the Embassy of Palestine in Baridhara, Dhaka, to hand over the contribution to Palestinian Ambassador Yusuf S Y Ramadan.

The support fund was raised through voluntary salary contributions from Hamdard employees and a portion of proceeds from the sale of Rooh Afza.
