Opinion sought on draft of 'July Uprising Directorate Ordinance 2025' by 15 March

The stakeholders have been asked to provide their opinions on the draft of the "July Uprising Directorate Ordinance 2025" by 15 March.

Today (8 March), a memorandum in this regard said the government has decided to establish a new directorate dedicated to the July uprising under the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs with the aim of preserving its history and memory, rehabilitating the families of the martyrs and the injured students and public.

The directorate will also work to establish the ideals and spirit of the uprising in state and national life.

All concerned are asked to send their opinions on the draft ordinance to the official address of the secretary of the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs or to the official email secretary@molwa.gov.bd by 15 March, according to the memorandum.
