Six Fire Service officials promoted to district head positions

Six officers of the Fire Service and Civil Defense Directorate were officially promoted, with the rank badges presented during a ceremony at the Directorate's conference hall on January 15, 2025. The promotion notice was issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Security Services Division. The newly promoted officers will assume the roles of district heads in various districts across the country.

The ceremony was attended by Brigadier General Mohammad Jahed Kamal, NDC, AFWC, PSC, Director-General of the Directorate, who personally adorned the officers with their new rank badges. Senior officials, including directors of the Directorate, were also present to witness the event.

In his address, the Director-General congratulated the promoted officers and emphasized the significance of their new roles. He urged them to carry out their duties with integrity and efficiency, particularly in disaster response and accident management. He expressed confidence that the newly promoted officers would continue to uphold the organization's high standards and contribute to the safety and well-being of citizens, enhancing both the Directorate's and the government's reputation.
