Studynet is organising the Australian Education Roadshow 2025

Studynet is organising the 'Australian Education Roadshow 2025' for students pursuing higher education in Australia. The roadshow will be held on Wednesday, January 8, at  Crown Plaza Dhaka Gulshan Hotel.

Students interested in participating in the roadshow can register for free. Participants must bring their academic transcripts, passports, CVs, and IELTS scores for the event.
The organisers said representatives from about 30 top Australian universities will attend the event. Students can interact directly with the representatives and gather detailed information on programs, courses, tuition fees, scholarships, and credit transfers. Additionally, students can avail themselves of on-the-spot assessments and receive offer letters.
Student is a technology-driven international student placement service provider that collaborates with Australian universities and colleges. With over 12 years of experience, the organisation operates in six countries and helps students realise their dreams of pursuing higher education abroad.
Australia's education system is highly advanced and diverse, offering more than 50,000 courses and scholarships covering up to 20-100% of tuition fees. Several Australian universities, including the University of Adelaide and Macquarie University, secured notable positions in the 2024 QS World Rankings.

The organisers believe this roadshow offers excellent opportunities for students pursuing their higher education dreams in Australia.

For many students around the world, Australia is a dream destination. Known for its rich culture and breathtaking tourist attractions, the country also offers significant opportunities for higher education. As a result, Australia has become increasingly popular among students seeking to study abroad. Despite being a vast country, Australia has only 43 universities and numerous institutes offering higher education. According to the QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) World University Rankings 2023, Australia was ranked as the third-best country globally regarding higher education. Seven Australian universities were listed among the world's top 100 universities.

Baizid Bostami, who recently enrolled at Macquarie University, shared his experience of facing numerous changes after admission. He mentioned the advanced education system, innovative examination methods, and the emphasis on assignments. Baizid, who completed his bachelor's degree at Macquarie, is now employed at Optus, Australia's second-largest telecommunications company. He explained that education in Australia primarily focuses on assignments and research. "The more curiosity a student shows, the more they learn," he said. The Australian government has also made migration easier and increased various benefits for international students.

Sonali Akter Mim, an Edith Cowan University student, highlighted Australia's shorter course duration. She noted that subjects like biomedical science, geology, and botany, which usually take four years to complete in Bangladesh, are offered as three-year programs in Australia. She also emphasised the high living standards, quality healthcare, and the availability of part-time job opportunities for students. Moreover, internship opportunities are often available after graduation.
