NCC Bank’s operations to remain suspended for 120 hours from 8 July
Bank’s core banking system to be upgraded during suspension

All banking operations of National Credit and Commerce (NCC) Bank will remain suspended for 120 hours starting from 8am on 8 July (Tuesday) for system upgradation.
The decision was approved by the Bangladesh Bank following a formal request from NCC Bank to facilitate a smooth upgrade of its core banking system.
The central bank's Department of Offsite Supervision issued a circular today (3 July), confirming the suspension.
During the suspension period, which will continue until 8am on 13 July, all banking services – including branches, sub-branches, debit card transactions, ATMs, BACPS, BFTN, RTGS, NPSB, internet banking, and SWIFT – will remain suspended.
