Islami Bank signs digital payment deal with daffodil computers
Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC has signed a corporate agreement with Daffodil Computers PLC, enabling customers to make all types of payments to Daffodil through Islami Bank's digital platforms—Cellfin and iPay Safe payment gateway.
The signing ceremony was held on Thursday, 3 July 2025, in the presence of Mohammad Jamal Uddin Mazumder, Additional Managing Director of Islami Bank.
The agreement was signed by Jafor Ahmed Patwary, General Manager of Daffodil Computers PLC, and A.B.M. Mostafa Ali Haider, Head of Islami Bank's Ashulia Branch, on behalf of their respective organisations.

Senior officials from both sides were also present, including A.K.M. Mahbub Morshed, Senior Executive Vice President; Md. Mainul Islam, Acting Head of Business Promotion and Marketing Division; ANM Tauhidul Islam, Assistant Vice President of the bank; and Jahir Uddin, Deputy General Manager of Daffodil Computers PLC.
This agreement will facilitate faster, safer, and more efficient digital transactions, supporting both organisations' efforts to enhance customer convenience and embrace fintech-driven solutions.
