Holey Artisan Bakery, established in 2015, has earned its reputation as one of Dhaka's finest artisanal bakeries, offering a taste of European-style baked goods. With an additional presence in Bangkok, Thailand, this renowned bakery has captivated food lovers with its commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Originally located on Road 79 in Gulshan-2, near the diplomatic zone, the bakery attracted a clientele that appreciated its authentic bread, pastries, and relaxed ambience. However, its history is also marked by a tragic event. On July 1, 2016, the bakery was the target of a terrorist attack that claimed the lives of 18 foreigners. Following the attack, the original location was permanently closed. Determined to move forward, the bakery reopened on January 10, 2017, at Rangs Arcade on Gulshan Avenue—a location chosen for its enhanced security. Today, Holey Artisan Bakery continues to serve its signature bread, pastries, and gourmet coffee in a setting that embodies both resilience and excellence.

Delifrance Bangladesh
