BUCC’s Bit Battles 2025 returns to ignite coding excellence

Brac University Computer Club (BUCC) is set to reignite the spirit of logic and innovation with its flagship programming competition—Bit Battles 2025. Powered by Phitron and supported by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, this intra-university contest continues to be a stage for Brac University's top coding talents.
Bit Battles is more than just a competition—it is a rigorous platform where participants test their speed, strategy, and problem-solving abilities under time constraints. Modelled after contests like the ICPC, the event encourages students of all academic years to embrace the world of competitive programming.
This year's journey begins with registration from 3 to 9 July 2025. The online preliminary round will be held on 11 July, filtering top performers for the Final Round on 18 July at Brac University. The selected finalists will compete in a live showdown, simulating the intensity and challenges of real-world programming contests.
The competition will conclude with a closing and prize-giving ceremony, celebrating resilience, logic, and coding excellence. With a total prize pool of BDT 50,000, the Champion will walk away with BDT 15,000, adding further motivation for aspiring coders.
Beyond awards, Bit Battles reflects BUCC's vision of nurturing a culture of critical thinking and technical mastery within the university. It stands as a training ground for students aspiring to succeed on national and international programming stages.
Registration is open at bitbattles.bracucc.org, and the full rulebook is available at bitbattles.bracucc.org/rulebook. Participants can stay updated via the official Facebook event page.
