Chattogram bourse shareholders approve 5% cash dividend
They also approved audited financial statements and other AGM agenda

Shareholders of the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) Limited have approved 5% cash dividends for the fiscal year 2019-20.
The operator company of the port-city bourse organised its 25th annual general meeting (AGM) on Thursday afternoon at CSE Conference Hall at Agrabad in Chattogram.
The general meeting conducted by CSE Board Chairman Asif Ibrahim also approved the audited financial statements and other agenda.
The AGM also allowed participants to join online in compliance with Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission's order issued on 11 June 2020.
The CSE board of directors Professor SM Salamat Ullah Bhuiyan, MA Malek, SM Tayyab, Sohail Mohammad Shakor, Md Liaquat Hossain Chowdhury, FCA, FCMA, Barrister Anita Ghazi Islam, Mirza Salman Ispahani, Major (retd) Emdadul Islam, Shahjada Mahmud Chaudhuri, Md Sayadur Rahman and Managing Director Mamun-Ur-Rashid, and Company Secretary Rajib Saha FCS, joined the meeting online.
The shareholders elected Md Siddiqur Rahman, managing director of SR Capital Limited, and Mohammed Mohiuddin, FCMA, managing director of Island Securities Limited as director of the board of CSE.
