Inflation rate falls to 5.75pc in Dec
The inflation rate in December last year fell to 5.75 percent, which was 6.05 percent in November.
Planning minister MA Mannan revealed the information today at a press briefing after a meeting of the Executive Committee of National Economic Council (Ecnec) today.
Food inflation dipped to 5.88 percent while non-food inflation rate rose to 5.55 percent in December, the minister said.
