Walton rolls out digital campaign season-23 with winter offers
Centred on the winter season, the country's superbrand Walton has launched its "Digital Campaign Season-23" across Bangladesh, offering customers exclusive deals and prizes on a range of home appliances.
Under the "Walton Next Level Deal" offer, buyers of refrigerators, televisions, air conditioners, washing machines and BLDC fans from any Walton Plaza, distributor showroom or online platform e-Plaza can win thousands of free products, including Walton's flagship side-by-side refrigerator. Every customer is also guaranteed a gift.
The campaign will run from 25 November 2025 to 25 January 2026. The announcement was made at the Walton corporate office in the capital, where brand ambassador and actress Bidya Sinha Mim inaugurated the campaign.
Among others, Walton Plaza Managing Director Mohammad Rayhan, Walton Hi-Tech's Additional Managing Director and CFO Md Ziaul Alam, FCA, ICAEW, and other senior officials were present.
Walton's Head of Strategic Business Development Ariful Ambia said the digital campaign aims to enhance after-sales service efficiency through customer data automation. "Walton is not only delivering international-quality products but also ensuring the best after-sales facilities through a digitally integrated system," he said.
Customers purchasing eligible products will have their items digitally registered and receive an SMS confirming their rewards. Walton's Amar Awaaz mobile app users will enjoy additional benefits under this campaign.
