Walton launches two new Takyon e-bikes for urban and rural commuters

Walton, the first BRTA-approved company in Bangladesh to manufacture electric bikes, has expanded its Takyon e-bike series with the launch of two new models – Fusion 25FZ and LEO 25T1.
The e-bikes are positioned as affordable, eco-friendly companions for both urban and rural commuting. With operating costs as low as 10–15 poisha per kilometre, the new models combine modern design, powerful motors, and long-lasting battery performance.
The Fusion 25FZ offers a range of 100–110 kilometres on a single charge and a top speed of 60 km/h. It features a 72V 38Ah graphene lead-acid battery, a 1.2kW DC brushless motor, and can accelerate from zero to 100 meters in 10 seconds. Equipped with a dual-disc brake system, advanced tyres, and weighing 140kg, it is designed for reliable performance on both city and highway roads. The model is priced at Tk1,87,500.
The LEO 25T1 has a maximum speed of 35 km/h and can cover 70–80 kilometres per charge. It features a 60V 23Ah graphene lead-acid battery with a charging time of six to eight hours, an 800-watt brushless DC motor, a disc-drum brake system, and advanced suspension. Weighing 89kg, it can carry loads of up to 100kg. The model is priced at Tk86,850.
