Trust Bank rolls out switching system to strengthen digital services
Trust Bank PLC has launched its in-house switching system, migrating ATMs, POS terminals, and VISA debit cards to enhance service quality, security, and customer convenience.
The system introduces new self-service features, including PIN changes, card maintenance, virtual cards, and QR payments, through the mobile app. Upcoming upgrades will include the migration to credit cards, the launch of an e-commerce gateway, expanded fintech partnerships, and AI-powered nano loans.
The initiative was inaugurated by Ahsan Zaman Chowdhury, Managing Director & CEO of Trust Bank PLC, along with senior management members. "This achievement is a testament to our commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions," he said, adding that the bank is investing in technology to become a future-ready digital bank.
