Trust Bank PLC holds 26th Annual General Meeting
The 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Trust Bank PLC was successfully held on Monday, 28 July 2025, at 11:00 a.m. via a digital platform. Maj Gen Md Hakimuzzaman, SGP, ndc, afwc, psc, Vice Chairman of Trust Bank, presided over the meeting.
The AGM was attended by members of the Board, Independent Directors, the Managing Director & CEO, and the Acting Company Secretary.
Additionally, a substantial number of shareholders attended the meeting.

The AGM approved a total dividend of 15% for the year ended 31 December 2024, split equally between a 7.50% cash component and a 7.50% stock component.
