Toppay launches in Bangladesh with big investment boost

TOPPAY, a leading financial inclusion provider in China, has launched operations in Bangladesh with an official event on 27 September at its Gulshan-1, Dhaka office.
This milestone marks a significant step toward offering innovative, flexible, and accessible mobile financing solutions to Bangladeshi consumers.
TOPPAY's mission is to enhance financial inclusion through convenient, flexible payment options. Its cardless EMI facility enables customers to purchase mobile phones in instalments, removing the need for credit cards and making the latest devices more affordable.
At the opening and signing ceremony, TOPPAY entered into formal partnerships with leading mobile brands, including OPPO, realme, and OnePlus. These collaborations will offer consumers a wide range of device options, enabling regular upgrades on flexible payment terms. The initiative responds to rising demand for accessible payment solutions, particularly among young technology enthusiasts and professionals.
Speaking at the inauguration, TOPPAY CEO ChenFei said: "We have invested Tk3,500 million and plan to invest over Tk25,000 million in the coming years to serve more than 1.5 million customers. Beyond mobile financing, we aim to expand into financial services and social responsibility, as we believe growth must go hand in hand with community development."
