Top Pathao merchants win air tickets to China, Nepal and Cox’s Bazar

Pathao, the country's leading digital courier service, has once again recognised its top-performing merchants through its quarterly performance recognition programme, awarding round-trip air tickets to destinations including China, Nepal and Cox's Bazar.
At a celebration event held today, winners were awarded in three categories based on their sales performance and business impact. For the first time, Pathao merchants received round-trip tickets to Guangzhou, adding a key business hub to the list of destinations alongside leisure spots.
In the Best Merchant (Male) category, Nayem Hossain of Ezzy Shop BD won a couple of round-trip tickets from Dhaka to Guangzhou. In the Best Merchant (Female) category, Tanzila Akter of Mehendi by Mimi was awarded a round-trip couple's ticket to Kathmandu. Meanwhile, in the Best Emerging Merchant category, Tania Islam Trina of Pachmishali by Trina received tickets for a couple to Cox's Bazar.
Pathao officials said such recognition not only celebrates consistent merchant excellence but also serves as a strong motivator for new and growing entrepreneurs in the e-commerce space. The award destinations were chosen to offer a balance between leisure and business — allowing merchants both a break and an opportunity to explore new market connections.
Founded in 2015, Pathao has grown to become the largest digital services platform in Bangladesh. It is the market leader in ride-sharing, food delivery and e-commerce logistics, with over 10 million users, 300,000 drivers and delivery agents, 100,000 merchants and 10,000 restaurants. The platform has created over 500,000 employment opportunities, contributing significantly to the country's digital economy.
A Pathao spokesperson said, "We believe in celebrating the success of our merchants. This initiative is not just about rewards, but about building a community that thrives on trust, innovation and consistent performance."
Pathao Courier plans to continue recognising outstanding merchants in the coming quarters, reinforcing its commitment to supporting the country's growing e-commerce sector.
