Syngenta Bangladesh launches graduate talent programme
Syngenta Bangladesh has launched its Graduate Talent Programme to nurture future leaders and reinforce its talent pipeline within the agribusiness sector.
The initiative is designed to offer recent graduates hands-on professional experience through structured learning, mentoring and exposure to specific business functions. Participants will collaborate closely with experienced professionals while acquiring practical skills aligned with the company's business priorities.
The programme is open to candidates who graduated in 2024 or later, with a minimum CGPA of 3.5. Opportunities are currently available across functions including marketing, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing, subject to academic background and career interests. Applications close on 31 January 2026.
Through the Graduate Talent Programme, Syngenta Bangladesh aims to establish structured career pathways for young professionals and build a future-ready workforce to advance sustainable agricultural development.
