Symphony mobile opens 70th customer care centre in Noakhali
Local mobile phone brand Symphony Mobile has inaugurated its 70th Customer Care Centre in Maijdee, Noakhali, expanding its nationwide service network and improving accessibility for customers.
The opening ceremony was attended by F M Abdul Hafiz, Senior Director of Symphony Mobile, as chief guest. Also present were Murad Chowdhury, Director of Strategic Human Resources; Mir Sakirul Islam, Deputy General Manager; Jewel Saha, proprietor of RK Mobile Centre, the area distributor; and other officials.
Equipped with modern tools and facilities for faster service, the new centre aims to enhance the customer experience through improved troubleshooting and support. Local users welcomed the initiative, noting that they will no longer need to travel long distances for servicing or warranty claims.
The centre will provide warranty services for both Symphony and Helio brand devices.
According to Symphony Mobile, as a homegrown smartphone brand, it remains committed to prioritising customer service alongside technology-driven solutions.
