Standard Islami Bank holds 423rd board meeting
The 423rd board meeting of Standard Islami Bank PLC was held on 24 February 2026 at the bank's head office boardroom in Dhaka.
Mohammed Abdul Aziz, chairman of the board of directors, presided over the meeting.
Also present were Gulzar Ahmed, vice-chairman; directors Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Ashok Kumar Saha, Ferozur Rahman, S A M Hossain, Al-haj Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Md Zahedul Hoque, Ferdous Ali Khan, A K M Abdul Alim, Ashit Kumar Saha and Jhahedul Alam; and Golam Hafiz Ahmed, independent director.

Md Sharafat Ullah Khan, observer of Standard Islami Bank PLC and director (PSD) of Bangladesh Bank, attended the meeting. Md Siddiqur Rahman, acting managing director, and Md Mizanur Rahman, FCS, company secretary, were also present.
