Southeast Bank focuses on growth, recovery and customer service
Southeast Bank PLC convened its quarterly Business Review Meeting for the Dhaka region on 11 April 2026 at its training institute, bringing together 37 branch managers.
Managing Director and CEO Md Khalid Mahmood Khan presided over the session, underscoring the bank's commitment to operational excellence and strategic growth.
Additional Managing Directors, Deputy Managing Directors, senior executives from the head office, departmental heads, and branch managers from the Dhaka region participated, alongside members of the bank's senior management team.
Discussions centred on business growth, development, loan performance, recovery strategies, and enhanced customer service standards. The implementation progress of strategic business policies and 2026 plans was also reviewed.
Participants identified new growth opportunities and reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the bank's market position. The meeting concluded with a collective pledge to deliver on future objectives.
