SBAC bank holds business review meeting
SBAC Bank PLC recently held a business review meeting for its Chattogram regional branches at a local hotel, focusing on performance evaluation and strategic planning for growth.
Md. Robiul Islam, Managing Director and CEO (current charge) of the bank, attended the event as the chief guest.
Also present were Md Altaf Hossain Bhuiyan, deputy managing director; Md Masudur Rahman FCA, head of banking operations; Md Mokaddess Ali FCS, company secretary; Md Abdul Mannan, head of the credit division; Mannan Bapari, chief financial officer; Mohammad Shafiul Azam, head of the general services division; and Md Abul Kalam Azad from the legal affairs and recovery division.

The session was presided over by Mohammad Imtiaz, manager of the Agrabad Branch.
The meeting focused on reviewing the business performance of regional branches, with particular emphasis on deposit growth and loan recovery. Senior management provided guidance on aligning branch operations with the bank's broader business objectives. Discussions were also held to assess individual branch performance, identify operational challenges, and explore strategies for sustainable growth in the region.
