Rupali Bank reviews Bogura division’s business performance
State-owned Rupali Bank PLC has reviewed the business performance of branches under its Bogura divisional office for the period ending 30 June 2026.
The review meeting was held at the conference room of Gram Unnayan Karma (GUK) in Bogura on Saturday (1 August), according to a press release.
Rupali Bank Managing Director Kazi Md Wahidul Islam attended the meeting as chief guest.
He urged branches to prioritise deposit mobilisation, quality loan disbursement, recovery of defaulted loans, remittance growth and improved customer service to achieve the bank's business targets.
He also called on all branches in the division to work sincerely and collectively towards meeting their respective targets.
Md Moin Uddin Masud, General Manager at the bank's head office, attended the event as a special guest.
MMG Tofayel Ahmed, Divisional Head and General Manager of the Bogura divisional office, chaired the meeting.
Participants reviewed the division's performance in deposits, loans, classified loans, loan recovery, profit and foreign remittances as of 30 June.
The meeting also guided efforts to achieve the targets and accelerate the bank's overall business activities.
Zonal managers, corporate branch executives, and managers of all branches and sub-branches under the division attended the meeting.
