Renata approves 55% cash dividend at AGM
Renata PLC held its 52nd annual general meeting (AGM) on Saturday, 20 December 2025, through a digital platform.
The meeting was presided over by Chairman of the board Dr Sarwar Ali. Renata Managing Director and CEO Kaiser Kabir, directors Zahida Fizza Kabir, Sajeda Farisa Kabir, Mridul Chowdhury, Tanya Tazeen Karim, Sajeda Amin and Ejaj Ahmad, along with Company Secretary Md Jubayer Alam, statutory auditors, the scrutiniser, senior executives and shareholders attended the meeting.
During the meeting, shareholders approved a 55 percent cash dividend for the 2024–25 financial year.

According to the company, Renata's net sales increased by around 13.7 percent in 2024–25 compared to the previous year, while net profit declined by 41.8 percent. Earnings per share (EPS) for the year stood at Tk19.36.
