Al-Arafah Islami Bank holds 446th board meeting
The 446th board meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held on Thursday, 18 December 2025, at the bank's head office.
Chairman of the board of directors Khwaja Shahriar presided over the meeting. The board reviewed the bank's overall business performance and took several policy decisions.
Directors Md Shahin Ul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Professor Dr Mohammed Abu Eusuf and Mohammad Asraful Hassan, FCA, along with Managing Director Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan, Acting Company Secretary Mohammad Moniruzzaman, FCA, and senior executives of the bank, were present at the meeting.
