‘Radhuni Nibedito Mangser Shera Recipe 2025’ returns nationwide

The much-loved recipe contest, 'Radhuni Nibedito Mangser Shera Recipe', has returned for its fourth season, promising yet another celebration of flavour, creativity, and cultural pride. Organised by the Women Culinary Association of Bangladesh (WCAB), the competition was officially launched at a festive event held in Banani, Dhaka, on 24 May 2025.
The announcement was graced by prominent culinary figures, including Imtiaz Firoz, Head of Marketing at Square Food & Beverage Ltd; Nazma Huda, President of WCAB and an esteemed culinary authority; and Kalpana Rahman, WCAB Vice President and renowned recipe specialist.
This season's theme invites participants to explore the rich possibilities of meat kebabs, paired with naan or paratha — a classic yet endlessly adaptable culinary pairing. Contestants from across the country are invited to submit their unique recipes online, from which initial selections will be made.
As in previous years, the competition will be streamed live on WCAB's official Facebook page, bringing the excitement of each step to a wide audience. From the national submissions, three finalists will be chosen to participate in the grand finale in Dhaka, where they will be tested through a series of intricate and creative cooking challenges.
Winners will receive attractive cash prizes — Tk50,000 for first place, Tk30,000 for second, and Tk20,000 for third — as recognition for their culinary mastery.
The organisers hope this season will once again ignite passion and participation among home cooks and culinary enthusiasts, turning kitchens into stages for talent, tradition, and innovation.
