Prime Bank, HATIL partner to streamline payroll
Prime Bank PLC and HATIL Complex Limited have signed a strategic partnership agreement to enhance HATIL's financial operations through tailored payroll banking and digital cash management solutions.
Under the agreement, Prime Bank will provide HATIL with a seamless payroll management system to streamline salary disbursement, along with comprehensive digital cash management services. HATIL employees will also receive exclusive banking privileges under Prime Bank's customised offerings.
As part of the collaboration, HATIL will utilise PrimePay—Prime Bank's omni-digital platform—to initiate all types of domestic disbursements. The company will also benefit from the bank's nationwide branch network for efficient sales, collections, and other transaction-related services.

The agreement was signed by M Nazeem A Choudhury, Deputy Managing Director of Prime Bank PLC, and Selim H. Rahman, Managing Director and Chairman of HATIL Complex Limited, on behalf of their respective organizations.
The signing ceremony was attended by senior officials from both Prime Bank PLC and HATIL Complex Limited.
This partnership is expected to elevate HATIL's banking experience through dedicated support and innovative digital solutions from Prime Bank.
