New real estate portal promises verified listings, no brokers

Manshir is transforming Bangladesh's real estate market by offering verified, commission-free listings and direct connections.

Launched in early 2025, manshir.com connects buyers, renters, agents, and property owners seeking flats, land, and commercial spaces. Unlike established platforms, Manshir employs a non-brokerage model, enabling owners and agents to list properties directly and avoid commission fees. Each listing is verified, and unreliable entries are removed to ensure quality.

"Online real estate platforms here have long created mistrust. This comes from ineffective templates and a lack of authenticity," said Manshir founder Shakur Reajat. "We built Manshir as a secure digital experience. Nearly 1,000 verified properties concentrate in Dhaka's high-demand areas. These include Gulshan, Banani, Bashundhara, Dhanmondi, and Mirpur. Listings from Chattogram, Gazipur, Narayanganj, Savar, and Keraniganj are also growing. Manshir is becoming a national platform."

Manshir charges a flat-rate subscription fee to listers through its partner portal. Tenants and buyers register using a mobile number or email address. They then contact sellers directly using the platform's messaging tool or by accessing contact details. Features such as the Favourites tab help users save and compare listings efficiently.

More than 100 agents, owners, and developers have joined Manshir, and the team anticipates significant growth as the platform expands nationwide. A Bangla-language version will launch next month to enhance accessibility.

With property prices rising and urban growth accelerating, Manshir aims to connect genuine buyers and sellers while eliminating hidden costs and intermediaries.
