Phoenix Finance and Investments Limited holds twenty ninth AGM
Phoenix Finance and Investments Limited's 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held online on December 12, 2024.
Mr Mohammed Mohsin, the company Chairman, presided over the meeting attended by many Shareholders at the Venue and Digital Link.
Barrister Rashna Imam and Brig. Gen. (retd.) Mahbub Ahmed Zakaria, Independent Directors, Mr. Mohammad Sayduzzaman, FCA, FCS, Managing Director (Current Charge), Mr Sabbirul Haque Chowdhury, ACS Company Secretary, and other Company executives also attended the AGM.
